• Return/replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects, transit damage, missing parts, or incorrect products.
• The product must be returned with its original packaging and accessories.
• Damage caused by incorrect installation, wiring, voltage fluctuation, misuse, or unauthorized repair is not eligible for return.
• After inspection, Team Sensor may provide repair, replacement, or refund, as applicable.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting Team Sensor.
• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
• If payment has already been made and cancellation is approved, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.
• Orders that have already been delivered cannot be cancelled; please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
• Cancellation requests should include the order/invoice number and customer details.
